Who We Are
The Coastal Bend Bays Foundation (CBBF) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to environmental stewardship, education, and advocacy in the Coastal Bend region of Texas. For over 30 years, CBBF has worked collaboratively with community members, businesses, government agencies and conservation organizations to protect and sustain freshwater and coastal resources.

The Coastal Bend Bays Foundation is dedicated to the conservation of freshwater and coastal natural resources for current and future generations through facilitating communication, advocacy, and education.
We are a Public 501(c)(3) Foundation
CBBF’s 12-county area includes: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Duval, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, McMullen, Nueces, Refugio & San Patricio counties.
Vision Statement
We envision a Coastal Bend region where communities, industries, and nature coexist, where freshwater and coastal ecosystems are preserved and celebrated. Protecting them isn’t just our responsibility, it’s out legacy.
