That’s a Wrap 2021!

The Coastal Bend Bays Foundation hosted its 19th Annual Conservation & Environmental Stewardship Awards Banquet on November 18, 2021 where more than 200 guests gathered at the Ortiz Center to honor our 2021 environmental heroes.

This fun-filled evening included cocktails, mingling, silent auction, raffle prizes and a plated dinner. The event was emceed by KIII-TV3 Chief Meteorologist Alan Holt, who guided us through the evening at a fun, warm tempo. Keynote speaker Nueces County Judge Barbara Canales, graciously delivered a motivating speech about the importance, need and ways to help improve our Coastal Bend environment.

All of the award recipients received custom handmade and painted tiles from Aloe Tile Works, a local business here in the Coastal Bend. Take a look at all the fun we had and don’t forget to join us next year for another fun filled night celebrating our Environmental Heroes!

P.S. Nominations for 2022 are already open!
