  • Ms. Gretchen Arnold, Community Outreach, Texas A&M Corpus Christi
    History of air quality, and the universitys' efforts to work with
    industry in helping them keep their air emissions within EPA and TCEQ standards.
  • Dr. Richard McLaughlin, Endowed Chair, Harte Research Institute
    The Clean Air Act, past, present, and future.
  • Dr. David Yoskowitz, Harte Research Institute’s Endowed Research Professor of Socio-Economics
    The economic consequences to the community if air quality puts us in non-attainment status.
  • The evening agenda is:
