• Technical Assistance Grant (TAG) was awarded to the Coastal Bend Bays Foundation, Inc. (CBBF) on December 14, 2004. The CBBF hired Terald E. Smith, P.G., Naismith Engineering, Inc., as its Technical Advisor.

NOTIFICATION TO THE PUBLIC:
• Falcon Refinery, Ingleside, Texas, was proposed for the National Priority List (NPL) on September 5, 2002. It has not been placed on the Final NPL.
• National Oil Recovery Corporation (NORCO) agreed to enter into an
"Administrative Order on Consent" to perform and finance the Removal Action and Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS) if the EPA withheld listing the Site on the Final NPL.
