NOTIFICATION TO THE PUBLIC:

• Falcon Refinery, Ingleside, Texas, was proposed for the National Priority List (NPL) on September 5, 2002. It has not been placed on the Final NPL.
• National Oil Recovery Corporation (NORCO) agreed to enter into an "Administrative Order on Consent" to perform and finance the Removal Action and Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS) if the EPA withheld listing the Site on the Final NPL.
